Clinical Interview (Done once at the beginning of services) $150/hr.
Psychotherapy $125/hr.

Developmental Screens (assess services and needs) $300
Includes interview, observation and assessment
Mental Health Assessment Adults $300
Includes interview, assessments & report
Mental Health Assessment Children & Adolescents $325
Includes interview, assessments & report
Report/Letter Preparation $90/hr.
Telephone Calls $60/hr.
Consults with Client/Parent(s) exceeding 10 minutes in length
Consultation with Other Professionals
Lawyers, doctors, therapists, etc. as requested and/or $90/hr.
approved by Client/Parent(s)
Home Visits $125/hr.
Court Testimony $150/hr.
Including preparation time, travel, reports, waiting, and testimony
